I believe the development of a trusting, safe and collaborative relationship is essential in achieving meaningful change. A relationship in which you are seen, respected and understood.

Together we will deepen self understanding, make sense of emotions, and work towards a life worth living.

I have experience working with a range of conditions, and you may not necessarily need to have a mental health condition to benefit from psychotherapy.

Common presentations I work with include

– depression, anxiety

– feelings of worthlessness, not feeling enough

– difficulties in maintaining or developing relationships

– difficulty in managing overwhelming emotions

– substance use that you would like to change, addictions

– PTSD, complex trauma (cPTSD)

– difficulty in slowing down, or feeling dissociated
